Yorkshire Puddings

I have a little confession to make. Up to less than a year ago I thought that the English couldn't cook something delicious even if their lives depended on it. I know... I know... I was being a little harsh, after all, Jamie Oliver and what's his name F word guy that has good shows but really needs to spend a bit more time reading to improve his vocabulary, well since I don't like him, I'll just say GR, those two have really created amazing things in two completely different niches and they're both from the UK.
But seriously, baked beans on toast? Jacket potatoes? It hardly compares with Paella and Bouillabaise. Or at least I thought it did. Somehow I have found that English food can be very delicious and unavoidably comforting.
It's also not just about eating it as is, for example, I've decided to explore the million possibilities of the Yorkshire Puddings, which is why I will be trying different ways to serve the Puddings!
Tomorrow, I will be making the classic, Yorkshire Puddings, Baked Beans and Roasted potatoes, I need to get the feeling of them in order to see what else I can come up with. After all, I will not let the puddings bore me! I can smell the potential miles away.
